I know this dental office has received some negative reviews, but I wanted to share my personal experience because it was actually very positive. From the moment I arrived, the doctor and the dental assistants were very kind, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and took the time to explain the treatment clearly. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed great care for their patients. My experience was smooth, and I truly felt I was in good hands. Everyone’s experience can be different, but based on mine, I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. They were gentle, patient, and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort during the procedure. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. The office itself was very clean, modern, and well organized. Overall, it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I was honestly nervous about bringing my son to Edison Mall Dentistry because of the negative reviews I had read beforehand. But after our visit, I can confidently say our experience was much better than expected. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. The front desk was welcoming, the place was clean, and everything felt organized. The doctor who handled my son’s cleaning was kind and explained everything clearly. My son felt comfortable throughout the visit, which as a parent, is a huge relief. The whole appointment took about an hour and a half, which was reasonable for a full cleaning and check-up. Horrible service. The girls in the front complain about everything and I saw the girl disconnect the phone so she didn't have to take calls. When I was in the waisting area. They stank attitude like if the paying for ur service. I been calling all day and the phone just disconnected. If you don't like ur job find something that is better because clearly this is not the job for you girls. I been waiting for an email for about a week with nothing. They give a bad name to this business. If you something better please don't come here.

The service here is beyond repair. I had an appointment at 2:00pm. Not only did I get called into the dental room at 2:47, but I was left in there until 3:30 as the doctor left to work on another patient. It's quite obvious I was only taken into the dental room and not left in the waiting room so I wouldn't leave. As I sat in the waiting room from 2:00 to 2:47 not only did I hear vulgar language from the receptionist as there were children in the room, but I additionally heard their phone call with what seemed to be their manager on full speaker volume. Their manager was telling the receptionist, “this is why people leave early!” And I don't blame her. When we arrived, the waiting room was empty. People who came in long after us got taken in first.
