I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible experience I had at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and valued. I came here on a recommendation from a friend in Huntington Beach, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The care and treatment I received here are truly next level compared to my previous experiences in Rancho Cucamonga. I'm so thankful to have found this place — they really know how to take care of their patients and make a genuine effort to address any concerns. A special thank you to the doctor who treated me today; your expertise and kindness made a significant difference. From start to finish, I felt very well cared for. When I called for an appointment the young woman that I spoke with understood that I was in a great deal of pain and got me in very quickly. I needed 4 teeth extracted and wanted sedation. She said they would try to do an evaluation visit and extraction the same day, but couldn't guarantee that they could (understandable). The office is clean and comfortable and the equipment looked up to date. The surprise in this office is the staff.I can't express how caring everyone was. I expect the Dr. to be patient and caring with me (he was),but everyone handled me with care. The Anesthesiologist, Dr. KY went above and beyond. I've had a lot of medical issues and had many different medical facitlity experiences, this was one of the best.
