EDGEWOOD PHARMACY

Started out great but after the second month it was awful. They never called when prescriptions were ready or if it was delayed for some reason. The last straw was when I went in the store and ordered my meds, was told it would be available on Monday but I was not able to get there until Friday. I was again told it would be in on Monday. When I explained that I was told that a week ago the lady said I hadn’t spoken to her. She repeated that statement several times. If I spoke with an employee didn’t I speak with the pharmacy? She was rude and unprofessional. If you depend on your medication to survive, do NOT go here. Run from these people

The head pharmacist/owner, is mean spirited and petty. He comes up with excuses to not refill medications that he feels is not making him the money he's looking for. He talked to my doctor and my doctor is listening to him make up things to not continue refiling my medications. Claimed that I wasn't getting all of my prescriptions there and everything I take was at his pharmacy. His behavior is disgusting. I gladly went somewhere else!

Very prompt, flexible, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve been picking up my meds from this pharmacy for 3 years now.
