Staff has been fabulous! Physical and occupational therapists have been great, always making sure they put my spouse through the paces 6 days a week. Everyone really goes out of their way to help out and accommodate. Excellent care for the short term rehab we needed.

My grandmother was there for almost 2 months.. She had dementia and cancer. She came from her own home. She lost everything including her ability to care for herself so she was sweet some days and mean some days. I feel like most of the staff doesn’t have the compassion to care for patients like my grandma. Depending on who was working , determined how comfortable I would be with her being there. Some of the staff were really nice and caring. I didn’t like the way they handled her or cared for her. My family agreed on discharging her and we would care for her at my house but her cancer unfortunately took her away from us really fast 2/6/25. I hope Edenbrook gets the proper training for their staff bc my family were not happy with this nursing home we chose to care for my grandmother!

They never notified me of my mother’s discharge, and then let a 79 year-old woman with dementia take a taxi home. Yikes on so, so many levels.

My Auntie was at Edenbrook 2months.this place is very negligent,very poor care. We were told after my Auntie fell 5xs that she is independent which is false part of the reason she was there. We expressed many times we thought she had a uti or displaying stroke symptoms they dismissed any of our concerns refused to get urine sample so we brought her to ER diagnosed with a severe uti and new spot on brain possible mini stroke. The place is nasty disgusting they do not clean at all. Several times daily my Auntie would have to wait more then 30min to get assistance. The staff is horrible, director very unprofessional. Hope they will be shut down after state has been notified!!!

My sweet mother lived at Edenbrook for about 7 months. The staff were incredibly kind to her and I felt peace of mind every day knowing she was being taken care of. No, it's not perfect; no place is. But the vast majority of the staff are kind and caring. My mom grew close to one of the nurses there and one of the CNAs because they treated her with such love and respect. They communicated well with me and my sibling regarding my mom's varying needs. The Activities Director tries hard to provide a sense of community and purpose with fun things to do. I am eternally grateful to the care they provided my mother.
