Edit to add 10/20/25: Tess did meet with me in person in regards to the unprofessional letter and miscommunication. I thank them for taking these concerns seriously and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I hope these issues will be resolved soon. Thanks Beyond unprofessional. My son was supposed to be covered under my mothers insurance for the first 30 days of his life. They NEVER sent me ANY bills that were apparently not taken care of by her insurance. One of the bills was never even sent to my mothers insurance. My son was born in May, it is now OCTOBER and they sent this letter to me. This is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL to word something this way. We are in contact with the insurance company to get it figured out, but to get a letter that starts off with THIS??! Totally unbelievable a

Very happy with the care they have provided for my son. They even came into the hospital to visit when he was born and have lactation consultants, which were very helpful to me. I’ve found all the staff to be very professional and kind.

Treated my wife and daughter like second class citizens. We called in advanced to say we’d be paying out of pocket for our daughters check up, which they confirmed was okay. From intake throughout the whole experience my wife and daughter were not giving quality service. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but the entire staff were horrible. My daughter just turned three and they spoke to her as if she was 15 years old and continued to get frustrated that she couldn’t follow their directions. If you’re seeing this and are in charge of managing this establishment please email me. I’ll gladly speak to you over the phone and/or in person.

We’ve been with Eden Park for nearly 15 years and three children and have been thrilled with their care and attention to detail.

The doctors and nurses were very kind at this practice. However, if you question their policy on vaccinations they are VERY pushy. You have to follow their vaccine schedule to a tee or they will tell you to go elsewhere. We were unable to say no to certain vaccines or even do one at a time. They also wanted to schedule another appointment to answer all of our questions about vaccines, they couldn’t answer them on the spot.
