Our family is incredibly grateful for the care my grandmother received at this hospital. From the very beginning, the staff showed so much kindness, patience, and respect — not just toward her, but toward all of us who were worried and hoping for the best. The doctors and nurses took the time to explain every step of her treatment and made sure she was comfortable and never felt alone. The hospital was clean, calm, and well-organized, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Watching the way the team cared for my grandma — with genuine compassion and professionalism — reminded us just how special healthcare workers truly are. one of the beat hospitals ever. very kind very thorough. all staff from admin to er to the cna's nurses, doctors, social workers are awesome. yes they care about you. no you wont get too much sleep but yet they are working hard for you to keep you alive. i was in here for a few days after surgery. tv is okay local channels some movies. room was cool had a bathroom couch and recliner. you will hear alarms. but mine were mostly saying hey uv change. food was actually good i was on a restricted carb control diet. so you have to look at the menu and play with the carbs. i took out my bread for another patty. swapped out pancakes & syrup for another egg. volunteers were nice. awesome people way better than other places.

Great hospital! Deb, Joti and Kitty are great medical professionals! I was admitted for a broken pelvis on 12/02/25 and I am still receiving excellent supportive care from all staff members! These 3 deserve: A raise, more vacation time, funding to train staff to care as much as they do and overall community appreciation for their dedication and hard work! 💯

The staff at Eden Hospital were kind, respectful, and professional; however, several issues during my visit prevent me from giving a positive rating or returning in the future. 1. After being worked up, I was placed back into the waiting room with other patients, which felt odd considering the treatment area appeared empty. 2. Upon discharge, my instructions were incomplete—nothing was written other than “dispo: discharge” and “labs.” No medications were prescribed for my pain. 3. While my pain was temporarily relieved with a non-narcotic medication during the visit, it returned the following morning, and no prescription or follow-up plan was provided. 4. My lab results were not included in the discharge paperwork. When I called the emergency department, the charge RN informed me I would n

If you are black do not go to this emergency room they are the most heartless people. They came and told me in the hallway with other patients that I had stones in my gallbladder. They have no compassion for black people or any people for that matter. When the lady gave me a sonogram I told her it was hurting me she did not care she kept digging until I had to grab her hand and pull it off of me because it was so painful like she was tryna cause me more pain. They do not have one black employee other than security… someone need to go look at how they are doing things that should be unethical fire the entire staff terrible!
