Economy Dentistry for Children

I try not to make negative reviews, but this one definitely needs to be made. I brought my children in for treatment. First red flag they will schedule a cleaning first then treatment. No dental office I’ve ever been to delays treatment. My oldest was able to complete his treatment because he would sit still however, my six-year-old daughter was turned away because she wouldn’t open her mouth wide enough for them, which I understand, she has anxiety towards dentists. My issue was they didn’t even try to call me to comfort her or sit with her. She had a cavity that needed to be fixed so they said we will refer you to our sister location that does anesthesia. I had to go get a clearance form filled out by her doctor then wait for them to call me. They call me and say sorry her BMI is too hig

Thank you again Ms. Shaneitra for your help. This woman here needs a RAISE!! She was able to push both of girl's appointment back by 45 mins to avoid rescheduling for March. This was such a huge relief for me. What stood out the most she followed up with CALLING ME BACK to confirm new time for them. I've been to different offices where they would only text, but I received an actual call. Thank you Ms. Shaneitra for your awesome customer service, patience, and positive attitude. You are truly amazing!!

I have been turned away and had to reschedule appointments being anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes late which I understand but I have to wait 35 to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment for my kids to be seen throwing off my entire schedule. If I have to be considerate of your time then you should be considerate of mine. Please do better

Smiling Kidds Dentistry is a very friendly welcoming dentist office for kids. The staff really care and take time to carefully explain to the children what to expect and how things will be done so they're not afraid. I was very pleased bringing my granddaughter to her new dentist office.

Can't go back with your child now. I was told my child needed a crown. I went and got a second opinion, and actually saw X-rays and spoke with that dentist, and was told he didn't. I will not be back. The hygienist was nice to my child, the upside.
