First time here, the doctor was a great listener and he offered advice in a friendly manner. The staff was great, i felt at home and will definitely recommend this practice.

I recently moved to Baltimore and had trouble with my previous healthcare provider. Coming to this practice gave me everything I was looking for. From the front desk to the admin, I felt cared for, listened to, and understood. I feel I don’t need to worry anymore.

I WILL CLOSE THIS PRACTICE!!! This doctor is running what feels like a blatant overbilling scam. I have a high-deductible health plan with a listed $35 copay for primary care office visits, yet on my very first visit they tried to charge me $180 instead—far more than my copay, ignoring what my insurance requires for in-network care. This is improper billing and potentially illegal under Maryland law and federal protections against surprise or excessive charges for in-network services. Want a doctor who listens to you and NOT rush you out of his office...Dr. Ebenezer Quainoo is the doctor to go see!!! He's amazing. Dr. Quainoo actually listens to any questions or concerns you may have about your health. He doesn't just rush you out of his office. From the time you walk into his office untill the time you leave, Dr. Quainoo staff make sure your office visit is a good one. They great you by name and with a warm smile. You don't have to wait days for answers regarding follow up test. You have receive answers within 48hrs. I would recommend Dr. Quainoo anytime!!!!
