From the moment n i stepped through the front door I was very happy with my decision to use this facility.thebgirls up front were professional and courteous.checkingnin was a breeze and I might have waited 10 minutes to be called back to an exam room. The EMT. That took my vitals was caring and ready to listen to my issue. He was prompt and concise with his job performance. I felt I was being heard and not dismissed. I was treated and given instructions all under just a hour. I will definitely return to this facility if needed in the future and I will recommend to everyone I know.

The whole experience was very professional and caring especially when you're not feeling well. The front staff smiled the whole time she talked with you making you feeling welcomed. The back staff, EMT, PA and x-ray tech were all very professional and listened to your concerns without rushing you. Prescriptions were called when they said they would be called in. This Urgent Care Facility gets five stars from me. Very satisfied patient!

Friendly professional staff. The entire visit was really smooth from admission to discharge. Not that we want to be sick, but going to this urgent care clinic made me feel like someone actually put CARE back in HEALTHCARE.

I had a great experience going to this urgent care. The front office staff was nice and courteous. I had an issue with my insurance but they were able to help me with the issue. The nurse or medical assistant was nice listen to my symptoms and redirected my issues to the doctor. The doctor was nice and listened also and did a very good exam and was great. Even offered to clean my ears. If I had the time would have taken the offer. I would most definitely be going back to this urgent care again with how service was.

I was greeted by the young lady and gentleman at the check in. They were very nice and got me check in quickly and got me in the to see the doctor quickly. Dr. Brandon Bogard, was very understanding and kind knew what my diagnosis was and got me on my way . I would and will recommend this Med Fast Urgent Care to all my family and friends.
