I am writing this for a disabled friend who was just at your pharmacy.[she has mental problems] And when she asked Julia Fidalgo Who works there a question . She was told they have what she asked for ,but not for her. My friend spent the day yesterday at social security and did the paper work in order to get what she was asking about.And social security told her she was all set.Then Ms Fidalgo started to yell at her by calling her "WHITE TRASH". they argued back and forth until another person stepped in and when he did Ms.Fidalgo stepped back .The whole time the gentleman talked to my friend Ms.Fidalgo Stuck her toung out and laughed behind his back. This is a person that deals with people everyday. If this is how she treats people while working she should not be allowed to deal with custo

Always give to us 1/2 hour on for medication , but we wait more than one hour and when we ask about time nobody knows and the only answer is " not ready" or give another 1/2 hour. Resuming they need to update something or someone

I've used this pharmacy off and on for about eight years out of the convenience of them being in the same building as my doctor but rudeness of the staff aside my biggest issue is no matter how much time you give them you will never get in and out with your prescription in less than 1 hour honestly at least half of the time I fill prescriptions here it will take me over 1 hour sometimes as much as two hours completely unacceptable and when you mention it they just smile and say we're busy
