Easy Relax

Masseur was reading his phone and sending texts and watching YouTube with one hand while half heartedly massaging me with the other hand. I was irate and far less relaxed leaving the store than I was before I came in. Use the chairs in the mall. They will give you a better massage.

Dropped in here for a massage and left very impressed. They offer a pretty good 30 minute full body massage at an amazing price. Think this is the first place in Flagstaff I've found that does 30 minute massages at a decent rate. Definitely worth visiting. For anyone who might have trouble finding it, It's located in the mall near Dillards.

Message was ok.But they demanded 15% or higher tip. I was going to give them 10% tip do to my budget. The other younger guy working there overheard us negotiating the tip chuckle and said something in Chinese . I thought that was pretty rude.im sure he was making fun of me not paying 15% or higher tip. Since when do services are required to pay 15% tip. They need to put that up front saying the prices plus 15% or higher tip is required or work it into the price so there's no demands at the end. I've been to several messages places in Phoenix area and never had experienced like that . I will try another message place in town or wait til I go to Phoenix again for future message.

I’ve been here a few times. The older man is by far the best. It’s worth waiting until he is available. The lady started my massage but somewhere along the way transitioned to the young boy. The boy did a good job for the first half then either fell asleep during my neck massage OR was distracted by his cell phone. There were periods where his hands weren’t moving at all. When the massage was over, his mom came in and asked how it was. I asked him if he fell asleep and he said no quickly and looked at his mom. I tipped a little less this time (the only reason I tipped is bc the older man owns the store and he does a good job). If I go back, I will specifically ask for the older man.

It started out pretty terrible. But I held out for about 30 minutes hoping that it would get better. When I finally lifted my head off the table to see if the massage therapist was all right since the entire time has been odd I noticed he was on his phone woth one hand and massaging my neck with the other. I would not recommend.
