Easy Care Primary & Urgent Care

9/29 I brought my wife here for a follow-up visit for the first time as cash patients, and we had a great experience. Dr. Shabana Qureshi was very supportive and took the time to clearly explain the services and costs, which we really appreciated. The clinic was clean and well maintained, the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming, and they also accept walk-in patients, which makes it very convenient. Overall, Easy Care Primary & Urgent Care at Mapledale Plaza made the visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Took my son here with a 105 fever after getting exposed to the flu…they “tested” in a rush and said he didn’t have the flu…3 days later went to a different urgent care because he still has a fever and very sick and they tested him positive for the flu. I’m pretty sure at this place they either never tested him or didn’t do it right because we were the last patients there and they wanted to go home. Go somewhere else.

Don’t go here poor service Front desk associate YESLIN is extremely Rude and unprofessional I had ovarian surgery I need cough medicine refill first they said they don’t have Appointments available till January 7th when I ask for refill she said she can’t do refill I have to come to the office walk in n wait time is 1-2 hrs or depending on when you come how long the wait is. I told her I have surgery I can’t sit for that long she reply’s me you just said you need appointment how would you come fr appointment than I told her is it’s appointment I knw I don’t have to wait but walk in I have to without any choice So basically they didn’t give me refill neither they were concerned abt my condition I have Anemia n my iron level is sever low they have told me it’s normal I end up staying in hosp

I'm very pleased with the doctor. She paid attention to all my symptoms and followed up with several tests after initial tests. She did not hesitate to send me to the Emergency when was needed. The personnel were very helpful with finding me specialists and arranging urgent appointments. Thank you.

The doctor was nice but I got blood work done here it’s been two months nobody has called me to tell me about the reports and when I called them they wanted me to schedule an other appointment and even if I want to know just about the results of the bloodwork it is also considered an appointment which was something I was trying to do I simply just wanted to know the results. The lady at the front desk and the MA could also be a little more professional when talking to each other about patients.
