Eastway Medical Clinic & Urgent Care Charlotte, NC

This location doesn't deserve any stars. I have dealt with this location multiple times i have been rescheduled over 7 times due to lack of staff and doctors. They dont take walk ins and the staff is rude they will call last min and rescheduled your appt stating the doctor had to leave early. The wait is over a 40 mins. Plus after rescheduling you they will push the appt 2 weeks out or a week. I wont come to the location at all in the future the staff and doctors are very rude and impolite the lack of not caring about someone time shows

Do not recommend..went early for my son who has cold and flu symptoms and they turned us away saying they have no availability after we waited in the parking lot for a hour for them to return from lunch. Made me fill out paperwork just to say they have no availability and could not give a reason as to why we couldn't be seen..even took the insurance to come back 5 seconds later and decline us. Stay away.

The front desk staff are welcoming, respectful, and ensure they get all the information needed to complete my appt. Jasmine did a wonderful job with obtaining my labs and was personable! She went above and beyond with care for me during my annual. The doctors are very informative and professional. I know I am in safe hands.

My Dr. is exceptional but so is her assistant Jasmine. Jasmine will have me smiling and laughing and completely relaxed before the Dr comes in and I have to nervously to share with her all that’s going on. Having Jasmine out first removes nervousness. Oh and she’s a good shot too on the blood draw!!! One and Done🌺

My family and I were very well received and cared for at this clinic. Dr. Sylvia and Dr. Joseph provided warm, efficient, and solution-focused care. We are truly grateful and highly recommend them!
