This place is absolutely disgusting, there is poop on the curtains. My grandmother died from untreated UTI. This place needs to be throughly investigated. They can put on quite a show to have you believe that you’re loved one is cared for with dignity and respect. Most of the staff smell like marijuana. My grandmother was mistreated. They are crafty at covering up they neglect.

No bed rails. No bilingual translator for spanish speaking patient. No family members can stay pass the first night. Patient nurse is rude, has no manners, no compassion. Building and rooms are out of date. Take forever when patient pushes button to call nurse. The worst!

Friendly, greeters are pleasant and helpful. Place are well kept floors are clean and rooms are as well. Fresh smell and make sure their patients are clean and taken care of. Decorations are always outstanding and love the activities done. I have recommended others to bring their family members and they want regret it.

Great facility. Always a pleasure going there and cutting the residents hair. Every one is always so pleasant. Ashlee the activity director is always so helpful. Always assisting with gathering all the residents for their haircuts. And takes care of whatever I need assistance with. Thank you guys for allowing me to be a part of a great team and being apart of making sure that the residents are looking their best.

Died June 16 2025 5:59pm neglect of blood thinners , pneumonia medicine, spread rumors about visitors while spending last few days with patient then asked to leave due to rumors. Patient was physically abused by nurse speech therapists did "Bully" gang signs. My mom and I normal people that gone threw abuse of all kinds threw life. At nursing home my mom was physically hit teeth got knocked out before mouth covered full of blood lied it was bc of brushed teeth. I left after staying for 3 days and nights being ASD & I.D.D vistor daughter. Speech therapist gave water knowing in caused physical internal damage , internal scarring and shorter life to live in final stages of T.B.I and all timers not dementia at 53 years. Was not safe to say from Tramic brain injury the abuse. Crack addict other
