Eastpointe Urgent Care Walk-in, TeleMedicine & Rapid Testing

Visited on 12/19 and had a great experience at Eastpointe Urgent Care. I came in for a strep swab and a COVID test, and both tests came back negative. The Doctor was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The medical assistant Kodi, did a great job with the swabs — quick and painless — and was super helpful with paperwork and answering questions. The clinic was clean and organized despite the snowy weather. Overall, a smooth and positive visit. Highly recommend.

I went here because i was under the weather it was literally one person ahead of me thy still took 20Mins to come in the room and see me… when there was no other people waiting or anything i will not be coming back here

They did their job in a orderly fashion & helped me find my insurance

0/10 don’t recommend! They sent my son home with skin cream And he had the flu. Talking about he’ll cough for about a week then he will be over it…

I have a messed up ankle I called this place 1 day before coming into office to ask if they had a X-ray they said yes I tried to make an appointment they said walk in only. I come to the office and they have no X-ray machine. No wheel chair or crutches for my assistance. I am currently sitting outside of their office, it’s insane how so many people lack empathy.
