Eastpointe Pharmacy

I wanted to find a local pharmacy because I was sick of the experience at the big corporation ones. Eastpointe Pharmarcy has shown me what I was missing out on. It's organized and clean, and the gentleman who works there greeted me with a genuine smile. He knew my order just off the first name! He had even found me a discount card when my insurance wasn't going to cover the prescription. The orders have a text alert system when they're ready and I can request a refill when my Rx is getting low through a link. So I have the same tech options as the large companies but I have a much better experience overall. Plus gotta love supporting local ! Very happy with the pharmacy here!!

Look. I normally do not give reviews or do stars but this time was different. When I walked in to Eastpointe Pharmacy to get my medication, which I had been out of for Twelve Days (and NO OTHER PHARMACY COULD GET) it was like walking into nostalgia. I felt at home right away. I was greeted warmly, handled attentively like I mattered, and got the medication I needed. Being a 4th Stage Prostrate Cancer patient I genuinely know that Medication Equals Life. SO - Thank You JIT. You came through for me when no one else could and for that I am truly grateful.

Great new local and dependable pharmacy with great customer service. Plus will make home deliveries. Glad we made the switch to this pharmacy.

Great pharmacy. Very helpful and kind. Always promptly fills my prescriptions and texts when ready. Jay goes the extra mile to make sure our needs are met and couldn’t be friendlier. We have used several pharmacies in the past and he is hands down the best. No one would be dissatisfied to use his pharmacy.
