Eastpointe Animal Hospital

Eastpointe doctors are knowledgeable. I’d been going to another vet for years (DePorre) and they could not diagnose my pups gastrointestinal or allergy issues properly. After visiting Eastpointe, for the last 8-10 months, he seems to be doing 100 times better at a fraction of the cost. This place isn’t close to my house either. It’s about a hour away…but it’s worth the drive. Great service and they get it right!

I used to love this place. But my last 3 visits have been horrible. 2 of them I sat in the back room with my dog for 2 hours for a simple vaccination. My 2nd to last visit my dog got a lime vaccination and it needed a booster 3 weeks after original. It was explained to me that I was paying for both the original shot and the booster in 3 weeks day of original shot. The lady even took out a highlighter and marked original shot and then the booster shot amounts on my receipt. That when I return for the booster no money is owed. No charge for office visit. I wouldn't even need to go in a room they would just give him the booster at the counter. Quick n easy. I arrived 20 min before my 5pm appointment. Sat in the back room till 520 when they come in saying it will be 188$. We'll first of all

We have had to take two of our dogs there. I don't know the Vet's name but, she is very caring, compassionate and knows her stuff! I had to take my 14 year old, Peanut in today because she was not eating and was really sick. The Vet could tell she was ill but, still ran an X-Ray for my peace of mind. We had to put our Peanut down because she had cancer. What stood out most to me was the compassion the Vet and all of the staff showed me. They listened to me share some stories about her and I really appreciated the comfort that I felt that Peanut and I were in good hands! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Omg on Saturday 1-31-26 we had a 11:30 am. Appt. to put our loving Sheba down. Yes I was quoted a price of $260.00-$266.00 by one of the receptionist girls a week prior to setting my appointment. When I arrived we sat in office for 2 hours before they decided to even get started, I should have been charging them. The vet doctor that retired from here ran her office better and her assistant personnel was more compassionate to you and your love ones. No one in the office is on the same page and I should have walked out! I think the doctor is nice but she needs to get rid of that big tall Caucasian lady who didn't give her my messages when I called. Clean house doc and get some compassionate people to help you out, because the ones there are fake and cold hearted! Then she comes with 2 estima

They have taken me the same day u called and im am very grateful. Everybody in that office was very kind and very helpful. And that very rare. I highly recommend this vet clinic and team. Everyone was absolutely amazing. I would give 10 stars if that was a thing!!😊
