During Covid in May 2021, my 80 yr old mother-in-law was admitted to the Northpoint nursing home for rehab care after surgery in the hospital. She was unable to get out of bed. Visitors were not allowed. No one answered the phones at either nursing desk for 2 days, the phone just rang and rang. It was difficult to find someone to see how she was doing. She didn’t have any numbers to call because they were in her cell. my husband physically went up there and repeatedly tried to call . When someone didn’t answer the phone. The nurse was obviously very inconvenienced and borderline rude. She finally was able to call from her room phone and said the care was nonexistent as well. We continue to call the desk and on the occasions when someone answer the phone we would ask if someone to please pl
