I used to see Dr. Webb at this dentist office when she was there things were in order. I heard she recently left and moved relocated, but she referred me to university of Maryland dental school for my dental problems. I came there for an extraction and that way, it was not there and I had a Hispanic guy. I don’t know what his name was, but he teeth shamed me. I said it right. TEETHSHAMED He seemed annoyed that I wanted a teeth oullef and I was in pain. I know my mouth wasn’t up to par, but I had childhood trauma to my mouth so I was already embarrassed, and Dr. Webb was the only one to understood my situation. Update: Dec 16, 2024 Scanning for partial dentures and filling done. Paid $1196 for this January 2, 2025 Went to get dentures Informed insurance ended on Dec. 15, 2024 Paid additional $743.00 to pay an additional lab fee for upper partial that I couldn’t afford right then and there, plus filling and scanning balance. Called my dental insurance company on Jan 2, 2025. Addressed problem and got that straightened out. Called East Point back and requested they send the claim to my dental insurance along with period of payment who stated they would reimburse me for any over payment to East Point. Contacted East Point, Jan 9, 2025 and yesterday Jan 8, 2025. They stated they haven’t gotten approval on the claim as yet. Contacted my insurance company, they stated they have NOT received a claim

I am truly amazed and appreciative of the wonderful experience I had at my first visit. After too many past negative experiences, I was full of anxiety but it was quickly alleviated from the first moment meeting the reception and throughout my entire visit. Every single person I met was kind, caring, empathetic and very professional. This experience changed my perspective of what going to the dentist means and I am truly grateful.

My daughter had a appointment on Thursday at 9am. She went for a cleaning and a pain from her wisdom tooth. The doctors office told my daughter that they was sending her xrays to a surgeon witch was fine. But when she reached out the next day she was told the office hasn’t reached out to them. And to call back in 2 weeks. This was the worst customer service i have ever seen. They never even told her anything to take. Going the extra mile means a lot and its free. And let me not forget they informed her to call them back in. 2 weeks because the office is closed . So basically we don’t care so now i have to try and find my daughter a. Emergency dentist because of the pain she is in. I hope and pray as many people as possible see this and. Choose another provider. I am reporting this to BB

Let me start that I’ve been coming to this practice often on for many years. Because my husband’s in a service we travel a lot. Living on the Eastern shore now, and not in the area, they still make room for me for any appointments that I may need Emergency emergency appointment This is a great crew in this dental office They are all patient and work hard to help the patient I just had to come down from the Eastern shore because I had abscess tooth and was unable to get an appointment for months and they got me right and I high Very group of good ladies and the dentist here is amazing. Highly suggest her the office staff is amazing.
