The new doctor might be fine, but the ignorant rude incompetent staff booked my appointment on the wrong day then instead of an apology tried to lie about itand said they called me twice to cancel. I drove 45 minuted to get there. I was to see a new doctor as Dr LaMothe my prior doctor left the practice. From the beginning the staff had no idea what they were doing. First I was told I was seeing a nurse practitioner, then they said I needed to come back another day. Mistakes happen. Had they said, I am so sorry. We really messed up. We need to reschedule, I may have been upset, but understood. Instead, I was lied to. The phone call they said they made was a blatant lie. The only call I ever got from the office was to verify my 1:30pm appointment. So incompetent
