Eastland Veterinary Hospital

I am answering this based on multiple past experiences that have all been great. Ive been fortunate enough have my pitbull Leilah taken care of time and time again, service vary from simple vaccinations to surgeries where other vets didn't want to take on. I travel from bridgewater to Union for a reason, and its that i trust and believe in EastLand Veterinary hospital. I will continue to come as long as i have her as i know that she is actually being taken care of by this awesome team. Thank you!

Went here with my one and a half year old German shepherd to drop her off for a 45 minute simple procedure to have a fatty lump removed on her elbow. Hours later they call us to tell us it’s not going well and to come in. Once we got there they said “go to room one” and opened the door with their heads down to my poor baby laying dead on the floor. I thought I’d be picking her up to bring her home that day with her cute cast but I instead kissed her lifeless body goodbye that day and received no professional explanation of why it happened other than “it just happens sometimes”. Not to mention they performed surgery on my baby without testing her blood first because their “blood machine was broken”. Do not go here. I am left empty inside with a pain so deep I feel sick and so is my family.

Dr. Patrick is a wonderful and caring medical professional, the staff is warm and welcoming. I’ve been taking my rescue animals to them and each time they go above and beyond to be helpful and make sure the animals are well and taken care of. I especially enjoy the cat manager who roams the office to make sure everyone is on task 😻

This is my second emergency visit with Bentley. Dr. Patrick and his staff are beyond wonderful. Dr. Patrick took the time to address my concerns and answered all my questions. Staff are also very accommodating with appointments. I've since switched and have made Eastland Bentley's permanent location for regular wellness and emergency visits.

Dr. Patrick has consistently been an attentive, professional and compassionate doctor to our dog Benji. He has treated Benji from the time he was born until yesterday when we very sadly had to put him to rest. The team was so professional, empathic, emotionally sensitive and kind to my family during this very difficult time. We are grateful for our experience with this vet over the years. We wish them all the best.
