I went into the ER for a UTI. The girl at the front desk took my ID and set me up. She didnt ask any questions about my info. She put my wrist band on me and they took me on back. The RN comes in and takes my vitals and I did a urine sample. She never checked my arm band. But neither did I. Then the dr came in and told me I did have a UTI and what he was giving me for it. I was then released. I went to my car and was taking off the wristband and saw that it wasnt even my last name. The receptionist had put my first name and birthday in and it pulled up this other person that had my first name and birthdate. So I went back in and told them. She said it was okay she changed it. So actually what happened was they sent off my urine sample and sent in my prescription in the other ladies name. T

Worst emergency room ever! Takes hours to get into a bed and then hours to get a doctor to talk to you. Been here for 4 hours already. All the nurses sit on their butts and do nothing but gossip about everyone. Go to a different emergency room if u want to get any kind of treatment

My Daughter in law took my granddaughter to the ER there this morning. She's been running a fever off and on since Monday, as high as 104.1, chest congestion and horrible coughing. She told the doctor that she had been breathing hard and her 02 was low. The doctor said she needed to throw away her pulse ox and that she looked fine. (She looks like a million bucks, to be exact). She didn't feel like THIS doctor wanted to hear her concerns. Also, after her telling him she could tell something was going on, he said, "You pay to close attention to her!" 😠 Long story short, she drove her to Cooks ER. After telling triage her symptoms, they said it sounded like pneumonia. Ordered her an x-ray before even getting in a room. SHE HAS PNEUMONIA! They prescribe her antibiotics, so hopefully, she'll

My husband was in the ER recently. The care he received was excellent. From the young man that registered him, nurses, radiology technician,everyone involved were kind and professional. Special thanks to Stephanie, Allison, and Dr. Wick.

This hospitals ER is the absolute worst!! My daughter in law went in with gallstone blockage, last night. The ER staff was just sitting around not doing anything at the time. No major patient issues. I remind y’all she has been going nonstop for over a year there to get something done for this medical issue. She was in the most excruciating pain! All they would have needed to do is keep her comfortable till this morning to perform the surgery to remove her gallbladder. But NO! They gave her meds and discharged her, sent her home in even worse pain. Anyone in the medical field knows, no one should be in pain. But not this hospital!! I contacted my attorney who said, and I quote, “Any hospital that knows that a patient is in need of emergency surgery and does not perform this said procedure
