The building is so clean and refreshing! My husband and I were both seen by Dr. Linda recently. She was quick and to the point, but also took the time to be extremely thorough and ensure that all my needs were met. Everyone I dealt with had great bedside manner. I had a great experience and will definitely be recommending their practice!

First visit, beautiful office. Staff is very cordial and prompt. I didn’t wait past my appointment time. It was overall a wonderful experience. They have lab and everything in house which saves the usual seconds trip to LabCorp or Quest. My practitioner Sentara Ernst was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with my care plan and her attention to detail regarding things I had ignored or not realized might need more follow-up. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting as new patients. We were completely impressed. The entire visit was Thorough, the facility was clean and decorated for the holidays beautifully bringing such joy. Martin Melson and Susan Byrd ( as was everyone we encountered) were both very friendly and demonstrated true concern about the patients . This is a pleasant and needed change to the primary care arena in Salisbury. Could not have been more pleased.

I absolutely love this practice. Linda Keplinger is amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely helpful! I also had an appointment with Melody at one point who was also wonderful. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly as well as the support staff. Very happy to have connected with such a great PCP.

My experience with Dr. Sentara Ernst was alarmingly dismissive and unprofessional, and it raised serious concerns about patient safety. I live with chronic migraines and ongoing health conditions that require consistent monitoring. Despite this, my concerns were rushed, minimized, and inadequately addressed by Dr. Ernst. When I asked about routine bloodwork that my previous physicians consistently ordered due to my condition and medications, Dr. Ernst told me insurance would not cover it and that I would “have to pay,” without further explanation, advocacy, or exploration of options. That response felt careless and dismissive of legitimate medical need. I also requested a referral for persistent stomach and cycle-related pain. Instead of thoughtful evaluation, Dr. Ernst’s discussion was
