I have been coming here for over 2 years & today I went in for my scheduled apt & I was not notified before hand that there was a new owner & that the new owner doesn't accept my insurance nor was this communicated to me this morning when I arrived, it was not voiced to me until it was time to check out & they tried to charge my $262 for a cleaning. Which my cleanings with my Insurance are free. A letter should have been sent out, an email, a call something notifying patients of the change. Giving patients a choice on whether they would remain patients or chose a different provider. I'm not paying for anything. It is their job to notify patients of the change. Lack of communication, lack of understanding or care of patients.

Dr. Parsons has always done an excellent job over the past 8+ years that my family has gone to him. When I was a lot younger, I had multiple tooth extractions done because I didn't like others pulling them out for me. I was always extremely calm when he numbed me, and he would make sure I could not feel anything before continuing the procedure. All of the dental hygienists & receptionist staff are always kind and good at what they do.

I love Eastern Shore dental. The staff is so nice and really cares about you individually. My hygienist remembers what we talked about six months ago. Dr. Parsons is a delightful man and a wonderful dentist. He has done excellent work on my teeth. I highly recommend this practice!

Absolutely love the atmosphere. Always professionaly welcoming and proficient. I just adore Dr. Parsons approach and honesty, and his staff is just awesome. It's important to feel safe and comfortable and Eastern Shore Dental gives that sense of security.
