Arrived at office 20 minutes ago to get patient records after phone calls requesting the information were not returned. Front desk not manned and phones are not being answered. Clerk arrived after 45 minutes with no explanation about the absence. Are there negative stars available for this office?

I have been to four different pain specialists in my care for pain dr Cagampan is a very caring and understanding doctor. He listens and tries to solve whatever to help you as a patient. I would recommend him to anybody who needs this service

Prior to reaching out to Dr. Lyndon Cagampan of Eastern Physical medicine and Wellness Center I suffered spinal stenosis and was confined to a wheelchair. Within a relatively short time under Dr Cagampan’s treatment I was happily out of my wheelchair and stood on my own two feet without the assistance of crutches or cane. Waited 45 minutes past appointment time for EMG to be seen. Once in Dr answered his phone twice during procedure including leaving room for 10 minutes while I was laying on table
