Dr. Richards and his team were excellent! I had a cracked, back molar that needed to be extracted. Dr. Richard and his team were very skilled and communicated with me throughout the process to ensure I was not in pain and what to expect. The office staff were phenomenal, too. They were very caring, also, and ensured my needs werevtaken care of. Post procedures and next steps were well explained and taken care of. It was a very professional and personable experience. I highly recommend them for advanced dental needs.

He was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made her feel safe and confident. I am getting treatment from Dr. Aaron Nelson at East Valley Periodontics Mesa. He is one of the very best periodontists I have ever visited! He has a great manner of speaking with a patient and explaining everything in detail! His explanations are clear and understandable, and he makes sure to answer any and all questions a patient might have! Dr. Nelson also has a very high level of expertise! The dental assistant support staff is also amazing! Each assistant provides caring service and treatment support that make a patient feel very comfortable and well taken care of! I have been a patient at this office for many years. Today was the first time that I wasn't asked if my insurance had changed when I checked in. My treatment was provided and when it was time to check out I had to let the office assistant know that my insurance was different after she had billed me for the visit. She then told me that I needed to pay an additional fee. My new benefits have a 0 copay. It would be nice if they would have checked on the insurance while I was receiving my treatment. Make sure this is something that gets taken care of before the service is provided. Not very happy with this issue.

My experience at EVP (Mesa location) has been exceptional. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The receptionist is so kind. I love how she greets every patient by name. I was seen by Dr. Nelson who is hands down one of the best to ever do it lol. I had a Gingivectomy done and was so impressed with my results. I have gained a new found confidence in my smile again. The entire team is amazing!
