I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pediatric office and feel other parents deserve to be aware. When my baby was around four months old, we were struggling with what appeared to be a formula intolerance after I was unable to continue breastfeeding. I called the office simply looking for guidance on switching formulas and whether they could recommend a gentle option. I was surprised and frustrated that no one was willing to provide even basic direction over the phone. As a new mom navigating feeding challenges, that lack of support was incredibly discouraging. I’ve been bringing my daughter here since she was a newborn and the only other issue that we’ve had was one time where they accidentally gave her her flu shot twice back to back when they weren’t supposed to. Today I drove 45 minutes took time off of work to bring her to what was supposed to be her yearly check up just for the front desk to tell me that I’m actually not scheduled until four months out, but when I called to make the appointment they told me it was February 6 I wrote it down and multiple areas so I know that I did not mishear her and I even confirmed it back to her over the phone. Now today, they’re barely telling me that my insurance won’t allow me to come until it’s a full year out from her last yearly check up such a waste of time

Both doctors are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, efficient and always listen and respect our decisions regarding our child's care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Aaron is great. I can tell he really loves what he does. My son always smiles when Dr. Aaron talks to him. The office is clean and office staff is always helpful and kind.

Our experience at East Valley Children’s Center with Dr. Curran was terrible from start to finish. The office instructed us to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork, which we did, only to then wait an additional 30 minutes past our original appointment time. The exam rooms were outdated, with decor and unstable chairs that looked like they hadn’t been updated since the early 2000s. When Dr. Curran finally entered, he slammed every door, cabinet, and item he touched, creating a very unsettling environment. He began the visit by asking me how I was doing, but immediately cut me off mid-answer to start another question. During the exam, without asking, he suddenly took a Q-tip and fished out the last of my newborn’s drying umbilical cord. Since then, my baby’s belly button has been bleeding
