East University Veterinary Hospital

I have been taking my dog there for 2 years and regularly sending her their spa service. Today when I picked her up after the spa and vaccine shot, they told me she was a such a good girl, smile, and sent her off with me. We got home, my dog started licking her back foot and I found big bleeding on my couch. I saw one of her nail got way too short and made a big quick hole in her black nail. Usually when I dropped her off in the morning, I got a text that she was ready to go home around noon. However, today I didn’t get any text or a phone call until 3 PM. So I had to call them if she was ready. This means they tried to stop bleeding and kept her there to hide this mistake from me. Didnt have time to post this last week due to work being chaotic. But I just wanted to say how grateful I am for the care my baby got at East University Vet Hospital. We were in last week with our really sick baby, and Grant was honestly amazing. He was so professional, super kind, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. He even explained all the costs so we knew what we were paying for, which I really appreciated. The whole hospital was great, but Grant definitely made the experience a lot less stressful. He’s really inviting and easy to talk to. I 100% recommend this place.

We LOVE East University Vet and recommend it to all of our friends and family. My dogs think it’s a treat to be able to go and literally get so excited. Dr. Whitney Reed and Maggie RVT are the best people ever!!! They love every animal as their own, and are the kindest, gentlest people ever. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They always give quotes for diagnostics before starting, explain any and everything in detail, and very easy to get a quick appointment!

Going to be completely honest, but I really like EUVH and think it’s one of the better vets in Auburn. Dr. Johnson is always so kind and good at explaining things even if I have many asks, and the staff are so good to my dog despite her being a bit of a turd at the vet, which has been hard to find a vet that treats my dog with kindness first. I do think in one of her latest visits they may have forgotten to let her out since they had to put her in the back due to her nonstop barking (sorry), or maybe she was just being a turd, but she had an accident in her kennel while there during the day which is very abnormal for her, however the staff spoke to me about it and made sure she was cleaned up before they returned her to me which I thought was a very nice gesture and something many vets wil

Dr. Whitney Reed is the best! They did so great with my sweet girl at the vet and they helped her feel so much better!! Vet visits will definitely be at East University Veterinary Hospital again!!
