What a change from most doctors now, they rush in, hardly give you time to explain, quick possible diagnose, nurse comes in takes care of what the doctor should have done, doctor rushes to next patient. Out you go. Not so with this considerate doctor. He takes time to stay and talk with you, getting the facts and each getting to know one another. Highly recommend him. He gives honest and informative answers. Recommending him highly.

We had an excellent experience! The podiatrist was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel at ease right away. The office staff went above and beyond to fit us in for an urgent appointment, which we deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this practice for anyone needing compassionate and prompt foot or ankle care!

I wanted to share an experience I had about a month ago, because it’s still bothering me and I think other patients should be aware. I had an appointment scheduled, and the doctor was over 30 minutes late — not due to an emergency or another patient, but because he literally left the building to go on a drink run. I watched him walk out and leave, which felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of everyone’s time. To make things worse, Christy (I believe she’s the manager) was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked about the delay. There was no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Her attitude made the whole situation even more frustrating.

Definitely recommend this clinic for proper foot/ankle care. Everything was sanitary, peaceful and organized, and Dr. Kent always carried a professional yet caring attitude to his patients, myself included.

Dr. Kent was great, helped me understand why my foots in pain. He even looked at some results I had with me from when I was seen by doctors in Mexico that were in spanish and he translated and understood them very well.
