In April 2023, I visited New York Eye Care for an eye test and to order new glasses. While I appreciated an opportunity to also try contact lenses, my overall experience turned into a frustrating ordeal. Below are the key issues that led me to not recommend this establishment: They need to change in the following areas. Lack of Communication: Despite placing my glasses order in April with a promised 10-day delivery timeframe, the lack of communication regarding the status of my order was disheartening. Despite making two follow-up calls in May, no updates were provided, and a promise to get a call from the supervisor never materialized, leaving me uninformed and concerned. Misleading Information: In June, when I reached out again, I was surprised to learn that my glasses were still not r

I've been a customer at East New York Eye Care for several years now and I must say, I have never left unsatisfied. The workers there are friendly, accommodating, and always willing to please the customer. The doctor (Dr. Sin) is friendly, supportive, and explains what he is doing. I have never got the feeling that I'm being rushed or not cared for. I would also like to highlight the workers Daniel and Manuel. They are awesome and genuinely sweet. If you need eye services, you should definitely consider and use their services.

My experience at this visionary care facility was amazing. From the friendly, polite, and fun staff. To the eye doctor quick and informative analysis of my Vision. To the professional personnel on the counter , determining my pupil distance. Overall awesome experience. Positive atmosphere. Also able to receive eye glasses on the same day!!. 🤚🏿. Highly recommend for your eye care needs. Thank you so much.

This company has to be a joke . Soon as you come in they take your info have you fill out multiple forms then tell you pick out glasses before even taking a test because as they say it’s free . Now 4 weeks later no glasses nothing reporting them to my insurance cause ain’t not way . Then I called and the woman put me on hold to never return and then they won’t answer now i’m filing a complaint with my insurance and getting another dr to do me and my son eye exam this place is a joke a complete joke
