Awesome experience. I had an old retainer that cracked and broke; from another orthodontist. Dr Thibault was excellent and made a great fit retainer for me. Maryellen was able to schedule me in asap, and I was able to get my new retainer the same day. Super nice, friendly staff. Great pricing, especially compared to a few orthodontists I reached to. Will be back should I need to be! Thanks again’!

Dr. T and his team are absolutely amazing. She was extremely nervous about getting braces. My daughter has sensory issues,ADHD and anxiety…. THEY WERE WONDERFUL . He is a little hidden gem right here in East Lyme. No frills not fancy just down to earth and amazing. Highly recommend them.
