I went to this location due to falling on my tailbone... I was in a lot of pain. I got there just as the place was opening and within five minutes I was checked in by a very pleasant staff person. 15 to 20 minutes later I was seen by Daniel Truhan. Dan asked me numerous questions to ascertain what protocol to follow. He decided to send me for x-rays of my hips and lower spine. He reviewed the results with me by the end of that day & said there is a possibility that there might be a fracture. After reviewing the results of the X-rays, he submitted an order for me to have a CT scan of the same area the next day. This is East Hamptons. Of course we don't take Medicaid insurance cards. At least you don't fake it. Rich only. And if you are in pain and expect courtesy, don't waste your time here. "This is a busy season". The sign is so explicit.

We visited the walk-in clinic in East Hampton on a Saturday morning after my mother-in-law had a bad fall and cut her knee. We walked in without an appointment, torn jeans and all, and were greeted by a very friendly and relaxed front desk team. The place wasn’t empty, but not busy either — and we were seen by a nurse within 15 minutes. We’re not local, and my mother-in-law is from France, so it wasn’t the most straightforward case. But the staff handled it calmly and professionally — they took their time, explained everything, and didn’t blink at the international insurance or the interpreting back-and-forth. Dr. Kang gave her a tetanus shot right away, and we were in and out in 45 minutes. They even sent us off with extra antiseptic and bandages so we wouldn’t have to stop at a pharmacy

My son had extreme ear pain and so we went in at 10am on a weekday. The front desk staff was friendly, quick and efficient. The waiting room was full of people so we thought there would be a long wait and decided to wait in our car. The office staff said that they would call us when it was our turn. Of course my kids were on my phone so I missed their calls but the nurse came out into the parking lot to look for us. That was so nice! To our surprise, we only waited about 20 minutes or so. We went in to see the nurse practitioner, Michael, who quickly diagnosed my son with swimmers ear, prescribed him drops and we were out of there in no time. Highly recommend and we are so relieved to have such a great place to go to in situations like this during the summer season.

Had a nasty cut on my left hand from a very sharp bread knife. I called it to confirm that they took my insurance and they were able to see me within the hour. Very nice facility and very friendly stuff including the very capable Dr. Do who expertly gave me 5 stitches. It was a very good experience and I am very grateful for the quick turnaround and not having to go to the ER in Southampton.
