East End Pediatrics

There are limited pediatrician options in East Hampton and the surrounding towns, and East End Pediatrics has been excellent for our family. Our daughters (ages 7 and 4) have been going there for the past few years. We especially appreciate Dr. Favre, Dr. Lado, and the nurse practitioner team. They can get busy since they are one of the only practices in the area, but they are consistently responsive, transparent with billing, and genuinely caring. We have always been able to reach a doctor by phone after hours, and we have never had trouble getting a sick visit on short notice. Highly recommended.

We saw Dr. Gail A. Schonfeld and had a wonderful experience. She was prompt, professional and gracious. The entire team was very accommodating. I had a few questions after our visit and Dr. Schonfeld called me back promptly to discuss. I would recommend this practice. My son particularly liked that they gave him a sucker and a toy (on the way out).

We had a great experience seeing Dr Schonfeld and Lado when our son came down with RSV during a visit to EH. Calling the front desk can be hit or miss but we found it easy to schedule and saw the doctor within an hour of calling. Waiting room has a great play setup for toddlers and both physicians were wonderful w our son, first time in a while that our two year old didn’t bawl at the doctors office. They were super responsive and helpful, we’re grateful to know there’s a great pediatric practice in town!

I wanted to write a review after noticing none of the reviews had mentioned Dr. Jennifer Favre. I can’t say enough good things about her- she is an incredible pediatrician, extremely caring as well as very intelligent and up to date on medical knowledge. She always listens to my concerns and evaluates them from science based perspective, but in a way that never feels dismissive- I really feels she listens to the parent and evaluates the kid from a comprehensive view point, taking in their history as well as how they present at the time. She has also called me personally multiple times when I’ve had concerns. I also really appreciate that this office has after hours line for emergencies which we have sadly had to use . We took our toddler here during our holiday due to an unknown rash. We got an appointment same day but was also told they have walk in hours too which is very practical ! We saw Dr Lado who was wonderful. He was thorough with his check Up and didn’t rush through the appointment but also had a calm and friendly manner towards my son and myself. He had the nurse blow bubbles so my son would focus so he could take a look at the rash which was helpful for a squirmy kid !The office is clean and has a great waiting area with lots of great toys to keep the little ones entertained. Overall , a really pleasant experience and would return again.
