Since day one nothing but confusion and mis information. First machine is on back order almost a month. Second they never sent a mask and supplies. My air app never downloaded. When they finally sent a worker to my address he stated for some reason doctor never ordered mask and supplies. Worker set up machine but my air app still didn't download. Tried calling Hampton Healthcare but was late in afternoon. Female who answered phone said call back tomorrow. Finally the next day in the morning a lady said she would order supplies. This sleep apnea process was suppose to be billed via World Trade Recovery program not Medicare. More to continue
