Will NEVER use this dental office again… UNPROFESSIONAL doesn’t even explain it. Gave insurance information to them back in July 2024 and was told everything was set and they cleaned my daughter teeth… She goes with the same insurance Jan 2025 and they tell her the day of the appointment that she doesn’t have coverage and she owes for her appointment in July 2024, as it was not covered. I am steaming because I called the insurance company and she does have coverage. But the woman who answered the phone is claim that she called me and I agreed to pay the July 2024 bill, which I would never considering we had insurance. And to top it all off we have never received a bill from them. I don’t have respect to those who bluntly LIE and say that I agreed to pay something because if they didn’t ta

Maybe I caught this office on two bad days. I walked in asked so questions and felt like I was bothering the person helping. They did state that the don’t usually work up front but the girl was out that day. I was told to go home and find out if Anthem works with their dentist before we could move forward. I did find out and I hope this helps them, Athen does work with your dentist. I called the next day to set something up. I still felt like they were trying to avoid having me as a client. I decided that this isn’t the experience I’m looking for when seeking help. I’ve read reviews from past clients and thought it would have been a good place to go. Not as friendly as I hoped.

I called asking a question and the receptionist was so rude. This isn’t even my dental practice I usually attend, but I was calling to ask a question and was put on hold for over 15 minutes and when I finally was connected to the front desk they treated me beyond disrespectfully. I hope they don’t treat their actual patients like this. Super unprofessional.

Horrible experience the dentist I had didn’t explain anything to me or even introduce himself. When I asked a question I either got little information or no response, and made you feel like you were a bother to them. Needless to say I will be changing my dentist and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Really bad experience. I will have to change my dentist because of their bedside manners. The dentist are great but the secretary is so rude.
