Visiting dentists isn’t my favorite activity. But three visits to Dr. Isabella Basalone’s East Cress Dental may reverse that. First visit impression: everyone there seems genuinely happy! A FEELING reinforced as you meet them: First Allie, filling in at reception for Alicia (also happy and competent, I later discovered). Allie’s talents and responsibilities seem to capably cover a lot of ground! Then Ty, an Assistant whose naturally good spirits and informative conversation make data- and X-ray gathering quick and enjoyable. Then Sara, the Dental Hygienist whose formidable skills and deep caring merged at the second visit into the best, most thorough and most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever experienced! Integral to the comfort aspect is Mo, whose responsibility was to make sure I was pain-

Needed a new dentist and last few seemed to be upsell driven. East Cress provided options and suggestions but not pushy. Awesome office from initial call to arrival. Only been open 4 months but very good customer service. Thorough X-rays and 3d scan all covered by insurance. They take care of everything. Mo was a great tech and will be going back in 6 months.

I take great pride in my dental care and need to feel comfortable and trust who provides that care. The staff at East Cress Dental exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The main staff person, however, that totally shined and showed her professionalism and knowledge was Deshundria Gipson. She explained everything to me step by step of what she was doing and why. She made sure I was comfortable before, during and even after my procedures at check out. Deshundria was very calming, efficient, polite and kind. My overall experience in the office was a very positive one. I highly recommend this office for all your dental care and needs.

New dental insurance, therefore, had to find a dentist's office in my network, and very, very happy and satisfied with the East Crest Dental, very professional and understanding, explained everything. And make sure I understood. They took their time. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. The staff is very cheerful and amazing,Even on a monday morning😄 so happy they are in my network!!

My entire experience at East Cress Dental was amazing! Since I do not live locally, I was hesitant about using an unfamiliar dental practice, but the friendliness everyone displayed quickly put me at ease, starting with the front desk staff. Dr. Bassalone and Mya were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable due to their care and compassion. Dedication to excellence is what this out of towner appreciated!
