I absolutely love this pediatrician’s office. I have been coming here since I was a child, when I was seen by Dr. Gadea, and now as an adult I bring my own child here, who is seen by Dr. Heine. The staff is always attentive, they accept walk-ins, and the wait time is never long. It truly beats taking your child to the ER because the care feels much more personal, and you leave feeling reassured and confident that any concerns have been addressed. I also had the pleasure of meeting the front office manager, and she is an absolute doll. Overall, this office provides exceptional care, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

I rarely leave negative reviews especially for doctors because I have great respect for physicians and the work they do. However, this experience needs to be shared. I’ve been taking my child to this pediatrician’s office for the past five years, and the wait time has been consistently dreadful. Every visit involves a minimum wait of 45 minutes before the doctor even comes in. Over time, I began to dread appointments solely because of the excessive waiting. It’s incredibly difficult to expect parents to wait that long with fussy, crying children especially babies who aren’t feeling well. While long waits for adults are frustrating enough, it’s unreasonable to place children in a tiny, windowless room and expect parents to keep them comfortable for nearly an hour. I generally refrain from posting reviews, as I understand that delays and service challenges can occur. However, my recent experience at this location was disappointing enough to warrant attention. I have been a loyal patient for more than 20 years and have witnessed a noticeable decline in the level of service. My appointment was scheduled for 3:15 p.m., and I arrived on time with all paperwork completed online in advance to help ensure an efficient visit. Despite this, I was kept waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes without any communication or apology from the staff. This level of disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable. I’ve been coming here since 2021 and it’s a wonderful practice and they care a lot. They are accommodating if you’re transparent and upfront about your issues. If you’re kind to them they are kind to you. I’ve never had a problem even if we had a miscommunication they always find an alternative or a compromise. Dr. Gadea, Dr. Hiney, and Dr. McGahee are fantastic. Nurses and the support staff are also amazing.

I love ECP. My son is 2, and we have been coming here since day 1. Our original doctor left, so since then we have seen a few different doctors and nurse practitioners. But everyone we have had contact with (and it’s been several) have been wonderful. Nurse Betty Ann is the sweetest and my son and I LOVE her.. she always the one that usually calls me back when I leave a message in the advice line and always is honest and extremely helpful. Nurse Sherri is who we have been seeing a lot and she’s also amazing. Dr. Moore is who we have seen the most since our doctor left, and we also adore her. I recommend ECP to anyone looking. The nurse advice line is extremely helpful, especially for the new moms who don’t want to rush their baby in for something small, but also just want the reassurance.
