⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Visit Went to this dentist office yesterday to do an extraction and honestly had a really good experience. Everybody, from the front staff Samara, Donna and Danerra to Dr Okeke assistants Tamara & Khadeja, they were so friendly and made the whole thing feel easy. They took their time and didn’t make anything uncomfortable, which I appreciated 🙃seeing that I don’t like going to the dentist lol. Dr Okeke explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t rush me through the appointment. Bonnie who did my cleaning was so gentle and we even shared a moment of talking about God since I wore one of my favorite shirt that says “Be the Light” The place was clean, organized, and just had a good vibe overall. I left feeling taken care of and confident about coming

My first time going to this office and they were great! I'm definitely going to continue with their services and I highly recommend them. Everyone was friendly but professional, helpful and insightful but not pushing unnecessary treatment or products either. I really enjoyed my dental ppt for the first time in a very long time.

Danerra is truly the sweetest person ever. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She has the kindest attitude, is incredibly patient, and takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel rushed. Her positive energy genuinely makes a dental visit so much less stressful. You can tell she truly cares about her patients, and that makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for her and the amazing experience provided!

I am writing this review to share my experience with East Cobb Family Dentistry, and to strongly caution others before choosing this practice. I originally went to this office based on a recommendation, expecting honesty, professionalism, and basic transparency. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. From the beginning, I was given information that later turned out to be misleading. When concerns arose and I attempted to address them, I repeatedly asked for someone to call me to discuss and resolve the situation. I was told three separate times that someone would call me back — and no one ever did. This lack of follow-through felt careless and dismissive. On the day Georgia and other states are expecting the biggest winter storm. On a Saturday I broke my filling. I found this practice on Google and asked if they could assist ? The young lady who answered the phone was so nice. She put me on a brief hold and informed me I was good to come in. She proactively text me the patient forms which I got done on the ride there since my husband was driving. I walked in around 11am and I was evaluated and done in a little over an hour. The entire staff and dentist were very sweet and highly professional, excellent bedside manner and communication . I am so grateful to God that they were able to assist me in my time of need on a Saturday before the storm. Dental emergencies unfortunately do not always happen Monday through Friday.
