When our aunt was leaving the hospital after a hip replacement, we were presented with 4 choices, and this facility had the highest reviews. While this was our first rodeo, and we don't have actual comparisons, we feel like she ended up in a place that was very helpful for her recovery. She liked the routine, the care, the meals, and the therapies. She definitely improved and was able to leave in a reasonable time. We appreciate the advice and guidance from her social worker and were able to successfully appeal a discharge date that felt too fast, and then we were ready to roll soon after that. The first 24 hours were very chaotic and confusing, but things settled down after that, and she was quite comfortable and well cared for.

I’m laying here with my pain out of control. The Dr ordered every 8 hours. It’s been 10 and I ask you pain meds one Ian’s a half hours ago. Yesterday one of the residence I share a bathroom with had a big bowel movement the feces was all over the toilet and the lid. I told one of the ladies and they couldn’t do anything! Because housekeeping wasn’t there. So they advised me to use my diaper. It’s insanity you don’t want to come here.

If I could rate a negative star, I would. This place is a true hell hole. I cannot believe it has any current positive reviews. Staff is not attentive- some even just rude. If you turn on call light for assistance, it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to hours before anyone comes. I literally laid in my own puke for over 45 minutes one day. In regards to the rehab PT/OT, Wellstar North Fulton Hospital spent much more quality time per day with me. I only stayed a week, but that amount of time totally broke my mental health and spirit. And the food was beyond awful - had to just resort to daily dry cereal and PBJ sandwiches. I would never go back to this place (no matter what happens to me), and I would never allow a loved one to go there. Now I know why my surgeon recommended just going hom

I’d never been in this facility before, so I was anxious to see what it was like. I really liked the secure process for checking in. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic, but I found our patient’s room to be pleasant with a nice view. The rooms are small and it would have been nicer if she’d had a single room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The building was clean, the staff was friendly, and most importantly the other residents seemed really well cared for. Very impressed. The lady who was with her physical therapist Who had three broken ribs And was working out Shared that she loved the building.
