I always have an amazing experience at this office. The front desk team is friendly, efficient, and truly welcoming every single visit. The medical assistants and nurses are kind, attentive, and make me feel completely cared for. And my provider (Veronica Carraway) is outstanding.. she is thorough, professional, and genuinely listens. It’s rare to find an office where every single person goes above and beyond, but this one absolutely does. Highly recommend! Oh and they're bilingual!

East Belt Family Medicine really cares about there patients I called this morning they had an afternoon appointment the same day. Love the staff!!! We get treated like family every time we go and they are always helpful with insurance hurdles etc. So happy we found their office 5+ years ago and have no plans of changing. Hubby even goes for his CDL needs and they've been great. 10/10!

Doctor Garcia is a negligent doctor. We went in for my son because he was not feeling well. They ran labs and I had to call for results. He said he was ok. Days passed and my son was still not well and I went in and asked for his blood results. Labs were all over the place showing infection. Two weeks passed and rushed my son to the ER. He had emergency surgery for septic arthritis. We could have could this sooner had this doctor done his job.
