I called on Monday an told them what was going on with my tooth they got me an appointment the same day.Went in got X-rays an they got me in there on Thursday every thing went well.Thanks alot #Making a appointment on Monday to get my teeth cleaned 😁

The dentist and dental assistance were nice. They just really need to remodel and update their facility. I'm a very visual person and everything didn't quite look up to date. I just think if they reinvest some of the profits into the building it would be a much better place and i would have felt more at ease. I'm assuming most of their patients are probably older and don't care about that kind of stuff.

I called to get service and the lady who claims she’s the office manager is very ghetto and rude. I asked to speak to the owner she said i could speak with her tomorrow she will take my name and number and then said no you can call and I’ll give her the phone. I said you just said you will take my information she hung up in my face. I called back she stated “you good me simmons you good i see you on caller I’d you don’t got to come see dr brown.” Very unprofessional if i didn’t have to give a star i definitely wouldn’t based on this unprofessional so called office manager.

Unprofessional and not very welcoming. They rushed through talking with me after xray and tried to get more money from me than stated. Told me i need my tooth pulled and i had to drag an alternative option out the assistant. I asked for a copy of my paper work and nothing was on it except a prescription for antibiotic. And the xray looked odd too me the infection they say i have isnt even on the correct tooth and the spot looks clearer than the xray i immediatly thought it was fake. The atmosphere was old and looked dirty and the tools wernt covered in protective plastic when she put it in my mouth made me nervous.

Great place being goin for years now it's my daughter turn now
