East Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates - Covington

I had amazing experience at this facility. From the front desk representative, I can't remember her name but very friendly and polite. The young lady Kristen, who took my weight and blood pressure, was also a pleasant individual. Dr. Davis is an amazing physician he has performed both of my colonoscopies and made sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure and if I had any questions. The anesthesiologist I can't remember his name David I think had a soothing voice and said "Enjoy your nap" lastly Sharonda the young lady that discharged was such a joy. We talked like old friends. She made me feel really good and has a great spirit! I love to talk, lol... and she was happy to talk with me! The entire staff was incredible. I highly recommend this facility! I was satisfied with the initial visit & my procedure but the aftercare was definitely 1 star. I had colonoscopy & endoscopy & told I had ulcers. I was prescribed 2 medications & began to feel better. Then life started life'n & I got back to stress eating & other things that contributed to ulcers. I travel for work so I called office to see if Dr Davis could prescribe refill & send to pharmacy where I was. First off the rude lady I spoke to kept asking me what meds.?? I said don't u hv record of what I was prescribed? She said there was no record of any prescription for me. Now that in itself is a problem however I had the info written down because I always research meds before taking. I finally found info & gave to her & she said someone would contact me from pharmacy to let me know when

My experience was great. My pre-checkin did not populate well so when I arrived I had to provide info over again. The receptionist never lost her cool. Once I was called back Calandra was a gem. She is knowledgeable and very comforting while gathering information. Once I got to see Dr Weiss-Shore I was pleased with the attention to detail and her knowledge and offer of inclusion during my visit. She shared info and was not pushy or rush me. Once I went to scheduling, Shonda was a delight. She is welcoming, thorough and accommodating all with a smile and encouragement. Thank you all for making my first visit feel like I am welcome and that solutions to my medical issue will be resolved soon. I left feeling good mentally and as though I already had solutions in place. Love the experience!

The service from the front desk, to thru the triage, to the doctor, was impeccable. There was no waiting. The employees were polite and professional. Most of all, Dr. Davis was reassuring and I was able to ask anything without feeling embarrassed or awkward. Great Job to the staff that took care of me. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
