I started off over 10 years ago with Dr Baliga. Then started seeing Dr. T, saw her for years wonderful lady. Great doctor very caring. And Dr. T was off and I started seeing Kim Dr. Kim. She is magnificent, so sweet and caring and informative. I have never had issues with this group of physicians, great service from the staff, especially weight and blood meters prep prior to Dr. The Medtronic staff that I’ve had there is also been amazing. Now there has been a couple times I’ve had to wait too long but that’s the norm now! but it’s not as bad at Dr. Beligas office. I started off with swing totals 4 different doctors for my diabetes and thank God I found Dr Baliga‘s office. I do miss the lady’s I That worked up front for years. I am extremely disappointed with the communication from this office. I have been calling since Monday and have left multiple messages regarding my appointment, and no one has returned my calls. It is very frustrating and concerning when you are trying to manage your health and cannot even get a response from the office. Patients should not have to repeatedly call just to receive basic communication.I hope the office improves its responsiveness, as timely communication is essential in healthcare.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Garry August. He walked into the room without greeting me or introducing himself. I had been scheduled to see Dr. Baliga, and no one informed me that a different doctor would be seeing me. Dr. August clearly did not review my medical history — he didn’t know that I had gestational diabetes three years ago or that I have been managing my condition responsibly with medication, diet, and exercise for several years. He insisted that I “don’t have diabetes,” despite my documented diagnosis and ongoing treatment. His attitude was dismissive and made me feel as if I was wasting his time, as though he had “more important” patients to see. He also tried to prescribe medications I do not need. Dr. Baliga was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I found him extremely helpful. Also the Ultrasound tech was AWESOME! The only thing I found unpleasant was having to check in and fill out paperwork electronically. It was time consuming, clumsy and doesnt let you leave the app to search your phone for info. So once you start the check-in, you should have all you contacts written down because the app is not very user friendly, and will make you start over if you navigate away. Making patients register themselves make you wonder what your paying for....

Personnel are great. The Drs take up a lot of time with you. The Lady who took my vitals and blood sugar was very nice
