I honestly can’t rate the clinic from a patient standpoint, as I’m not really a patient. But I can tell you that Dr. Baker is an incredible human being with a heart of gold, ready to help anyway she can. I’m a single mom, I work far from home and I was stuck with a flat tire, missing a tool and trying to keep my toddler calm. Dr Baker showed up, still in her scrubs, in the freezing cold after a full work day and changed my tire for me! She was so sweet to my son and basically my hero lol. If I ever need an audiologist, I know who I’m going to because if she’s that sweet to a perfect stranger with a flat tire, I can only imagine the care she provides in her clinic to her patients.

My first visit to Ears of Oklahoma was today after I had an issue with my hearing aids that I had purchased from another dealer 2 years ago. Miranda was the most helpful and knowledgeable and friendly tech that I’ve ever met! She was first class and took care of the problem within 20 minutes. I’d recommend this company and their staff to anyone wanting or needing hearing aids or testing! Absolutely the BEST in the OKC area! FIRST CLASS AND PERSONABLE!

My dad has been in denial about his hearing for 20 years! Dr. Baker and Miranda read his temperament and put him immediately at ease. Scheduling was easy, the office is clean and comfortable. They had the aids right there so he went home with them! You can tell they really care about their patients. He enjoyed the visit and said he might even just stop by sometime just to visit. Very happy customer!
