Ears 2 U Hearing Aids Mount Vernon

On Tuesday April 15th I went to Ears 2U hearing as I was having problems with my aids. The owner Carmen who is retiring soon gave me excellent service. I didn't get my aids there but she was more than willing to help me and she did! Again excellent service from her. I gave her 5 stars as she certainly deserved it. WTG Carmen and thank you so much. Carmen and Colby were able to show us inside our ears using a really cool video camera, and we saw how much ear wax was plugging up our daughter's ears. We brought her in because we were concerned that she might have hearing loss. Now we have an appointment scheduled for her to get her years cleaned out before her hearing test. Hopefully that ear cleaning will help improve her hearing a lot! We are grateful.

I want to thank Colby for his immediate attention and services to detect a problem with one of my hearing aids. Within minutes he had the remedy! Ears 2U is in great hands and continues as a family establishment…Carmen must be so proud.

Today I was greeted with an awful “insurance” cost. They suggested I come in for a consultation. I arrived and they told me what my options were. Then, they approached me with another option that was AMAZING. Needless to say, I not only got one hearing aide (long insurance story), but TWO. I was so overwhelmed, I cried. Real man tears. Thank you Colby. You may just have a customer for life, mine anyway.

I've been going to Ears 2U for many years and they've never failed to provide excellent service. Knowledgeable and friendly. In the beginning I was reluctant to wade through an L&I claim for my hearing aids. Carmen and company are experts in this area and I've never had an issue. Thanks for the great local service!
