Ear Nose and Throat Temple

Had a conversation about what wasn't covered by insurance and what I would have to pay. I was told I would only have to pay my $30 co pay. After the consultation I was already annoyed because it was so useless to go,the doctor did nothing. I had very severe issues and all she told me to do was try flonase. But then I also received a large bill in the mail for my consulation. I should have just called my insurance directly instead of trusting the staff to check and tell me it was all covered. I cancelled my follow up appointment and will not be back. I'm not paying another couple hundred dollars to have someone tell me to try allergy medicine for my deviated septum caused by trauma lol

I wish there was a negative star update as this facility definitely deserves it. I’m trying to schedule an appointment for my acute episode of vertigo and schedular hung up on me 8 times. 9th time was a charm and I finally got appointment for an acute condition that would be after 3 months. Yeahhh . So I’ll keep throwing up, entrapped in visual hallucinations of sitting in a roller coaster ride from which I cannot get off for next three months without any medication. I miss the days when medical profession was about treating patients.

Dr. Soliman expedited my appt. for sudden hearing loss. My Nurse & Dr. McLean listened, examined & started me on immediate steroids. Amy's audiology exam was thorough. Friendly. Efficient. Good Care!

Super helpful, kind and friendly receptionist. Place is clean and organized. Competent nurses and doctors. Wheelchair accessible. Automatic outer doors.

This people in the front are the rudest people here and without any provocation just told me to just seat . After being seen the Dr asked me to stop in the front for a script and appointment so I did just to be told to leave that I was done ......wow we felt like we was racially mistreated and I’m writing this as I sit in the lot upset
