Ear Center Audiology

Great audiologist I been going there for about 10 years or more. Hannah is the receptionist she knows who you are when you call or come in and always finds a way to get you in for an appointment at your convenience. Even though part of my insurance isn't accepted anymore and I have to pay a little out of pocket for my visit I really don't mind because the service is excellent.

I have been coming to this office for many years and love it. Options are always explained so I can make the best choice for me and no one tries to talk me into anything. Making appointments is always really easy.

The audiologists at this place are lovely. However, I must say that since they have gotten a new receptionist I have been quite disappointed and will not be returning. I was told countless times that they would follow up with me only to hear back weeks later and returning to square one because they now lack the proper communication skills to schedule appointments.

Talk about friendly and professional people....they guided me through what will be done and what I need to do next. A big shout out and thanks especially to Kathy Weise...truly a gift to your patients and an asset to your company.
