Dyson Pediatrics

I have been bringing my children to this clinic for about a year now since we moved to Tucson. I am consistently impressed by the front office staff and their efficiency. I have not had a bad experience or even an inconvenience since starting my kids with this practice. Dr. Deepa Agarwal and her M.A. are absolutely wonderful. The doctor is kind and direct, she listens to my rambling concerns every time we come in and I always feel very heard. Her M.A. is also a gem, she always has a smile and the kids love how kind she is. We will be sticking with this clinic until they age out.

We chose this office due to the reviews and were very disappointed after a couple visits so I wanted to give a review of our experience. We were looking for a new pediatrician after my son’s retired and found Dyson Pediatrics. The office staff was unfriendly bordering on rude. I felt like we were just a number and whatever we discussed with Dr. Dyson was forgotten as soon as he walked out of the room. My son takes a prescription daily which requires follow up visits every three months. The first time we had to call in a refill before the follow up visit they gave me a hard time about refilling it because he hadn’t had his follow up, even though it was scheduled for the next week. We haven't been going here long, however Dyson has been a great pediatric office for my newborn. We are usually seen within 5 minutes of us being checked in and everyone who comes in contact with the baby to get her measurements, check vitals, and do her routine check ups are all very professional and will listen to your concerns and questions. I’ve been taking my daughter to Dr. Memon for over 2 years now and she is always caring, attentive and takes the time to talk through everything. Every time I call with a concern or need an appointment the front desk ladies are always respectful and courteous.

Absolutely do not bring anyone you love or care about here. I gave them several visits hoping it was just a bad day or something. We all know how hard it is to switch pediatricians. My daughter had to come in for a discharge appointment after being released from an inpatient facility for her mental health. Dr.Argwal didn’t even know why we were there, started talking directly to my 16 year old who was just released from the hospital for depression and anxiety about her acne and I quote “you have such a pretty face, but we should clear that up with some cream”, went on to talk about her weight and needing to lose 10 lbs before next visit.
