Dynamic Eye Care

Went for an exam cuz it had been 5 yrs. Was treated professionally and w respect. Dr Chow completed the exam and explained everything that was going on. She suggested reading glasses (which were recommended 5 yrs ago too), and since insurance covered it, I went ahead and got fitted. About 2 weeks later, got my glasses. Easy peasy. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and Austin did a fine job fitting my glasses. 🤓

I was referred here by VA since appointments are backwd up at the Veteran Health Center. My experience this morning wasn’t great. I arrived before my 10:00 a.m. appointment, checked in on time, and still wasn’t called back until about 50 minutes after my scheduled time. Staff said the office was busy, but most of the activity I saw was customers purchasing and being fitted for frames. One customer who arrived 20–30 minutes after me was called back before I was. When I was finally called, I explained that I didn’t want my eyes dilated since the appointment was already running late and I only needed a basic eye exam. I was told I had to choose one or the other because I’m a first-time patient. That was frustrating, especially since I’ve had eye exams at other offices without dilation before

Very poor service. I purchased glasses at Dynamic Eye Care. The glasses turned out be too small and snug on my face. So I brought them back like they said to do if I had any issues with them. I asked for a different frame, she said we can't do that. But they are to small for my face and feel like kid glasses. They said they can adjust them and they were still too small for my face. Why would they sell me these glasses if they were too small. They said to try them for a couple weeks and I did. The glasses didn't work for me and my face and how is this my fault because they were putting this fault on me. Stay clear of this place. The team members at Dynamic Eye Care will just cause more stress and drama then you need in your life.

I am writing a review for my mom, because Dr Chow and Emilio are so incredibly thoughtful in the care they take with my mom. So many people do not take the time with older generations, and I am impressed with the courtesy and respect, yet light hearted and buoyant energy Dr Chow and her staff give the patients. Emilio actually walked my mom to the door and held it open for her, as if he was saying goodbye to a visitor at a family event. That’s just how he is, and it’s authentic and delightful, and merely the standard of care from Dr Chow and her team. I can’t always go to doctor appointments with my mom, and it means the world to me to know she is getting world class care at Dynamic Eye Center. Thank you so much. I appreciate you!

Very nice place they helped me with my glasses that vision works messed up. Devin was great and had a quirky personality ! Very personable.
