My mom came here on Feb 6 2023 for rehab after a long hospital stay. There was no TV in her room, and she never had a PT evaluation or was given any PT. On day 7 we had a family meeting, and the nursing director and the social worker assured me that there had been a physical therapy evaluation, but they could not find it in the computer, so they tried to call Tracy who was in charge of physical therapy, but her phone number was disconnected. I had complained to the charge nurse Madison a couple of times during the week that she had no TV and that no one was getting her out of bed so she had nothing to do, and the charge nurse assured me that she did have a TV. Thinking about putting your loved one in this facility? DON’T DO IT!!! Wow, who would have thought a retirement home could be just as sleazy as a club owner who doesn’t want to pay a band for their performance. Yes folks I’ve been STIFFED by this company who refuses to pay me for a performance I did over two months ago. I must say this is a first. Out of 14 other places I play, none other has ever stiffed me for my services I’ve been playing at this place for over a year and I am surprised that the activities director has her hands tied and can’t do anything about it.
